STEP 2

Undertaking

Candidates interested in participating in the selection process are required to submit a signed undertaking to Garuda in a prescribed format, which will then be forwarded to IndiGo.

IndiGo will then conduct a review of its applicant database to determine if the candidate has previously been declined by another service provider and is currently outside the cooling period.

After the clearance from IndiGo, the candidate will be scheduled for the selection process.

STEP 3

Selection

  • Garuda will undertake a computer-based assessment on location in Delhi NCR for initial screening of candidates.
  • ADAPT is an assessment that will evaluate the candidate’s suitability for success as an airline pilot. It will assess their knowledge in English and Math, cognitive reasoning, co-ordination and control, flight test and personality factors.
  • The assessment will last 3.5 to 4 hours, and a discounted practice test is available from the test provider by selecting this LINK.
  • Garuda will provide feedback, interview the candidates, and declare the result.
  • Group Activity Conducted by IndiGo
  • Final Interview Conducted by IndiGo
